Feadship, short for First Export Association of Dutch Shipbuilders, is known as one of the world's most prestigious and distinguished shipyards. The story of Feadship began in 1849 when two Dutch shipyards, Royal Van Lent and Royal de Vries, joined forces to create a cooperative venture. One of the key turning points in Feadship's history came in the 1960s when they introduced a groundbreaking construction method called the "Steel and Aluminium" technique. De Voogt Naval Architects: De Voogt Naval Architects has been an integral part of Feadship's design team since the early days. Their expertise in naval architecture and engineering has contributed to the development of numerous iconic Feadship yachts, known for their exceptional seakeeping abilities, efficient hull designs, and optimal performance.
Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design is a renowned Dutch design studio that has collaborated with Feadship on several remarkable projects including the 92m Aquarius, Rock.It and the Feadship 45 Vantage series.
Feadship has alsopartnered with Andrew Winch Designs, a renowned British design studio, on various projects. Their collaboration has resulted in yachts that showcase a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and seaworthiness for superyachts such as 96m Faith and 73m Podium.
The collaboration with Feadship and Bannenberg & Rowell Design has resulted in yachts that push the boundaries of design, featuring bold lines, unique hull shapes, and striking superstructures. The fusion of Feadship's craftsmanship with Bannenberg & Rowell's visionary design has produced yachts that are instantly recognizable and highly sought after. 73m Predator, 70m Joy and 67m Siran are perfect examples.
Feadship is currently engaged in new yacht projects, including the 76m Feadship Van Lent 825 and 72m Project Sakura.
