Founded in 1997 in Pendik, Turkey, the shipyard quickly made a name for itself as a premier builder of luxury superyachts. Since its inception, Turquoise Yachts has been dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and uncompromising quality.
The shipyard's story began with the vision of two prominent figures in the Turkish maritime industry, Mehmet Karabeyoglu and Proteksan Turquoise. Combining their expertise and passion for yachting, they set out to create a shipyard that would redefine the standards of luxury yacht construction.
In its early years, Turquoise Yachts gained recognition for its outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. The shipyard's commitment to excellence attracted clients from around the world, leading to the construction of a series of remarkable yachts.

Notable deliveries and models
Turquoise Yachts has an impressive track record of delivering notable superyachts to their clients.
The 77m Go is a true testament to Turquoise Yachts' capabilities. Designed by H2 Yacht Design, Go boasts sleek exterior lines and a contemporary profile. Motor yacht Go's delivery was a significant milestone for Turquoise Yachts, as it demonstrated their ability to construct large, high-quality superyachts.
Quantum of Solace, the 73m superyacht, designed by renowned designer Jonny Horsfield of H2 Yacht Design, is another example of the yard's capabilities. Quantum of Solace features a striking exterior profile and an impressive contemporary interior design.
The superyacht that bears the shipyard's name, Turquoise, is a 55-meter vessel that showcases the essence of Turquoise Yachts' craftsmanship and attention to detail. Launched in 2011, Turquoise was designed by Dubois Naval Architects and features a timeless exterior design. The yacht offers accommodation for up to 12 guests, including a full-beam master suite with panoramic views.
In more retro classic style, Turquoise Yachts achieved the deliveries of motor yachts Blue II and Arriva and sailing yachts Namuun and Eugenia VII.
Design collaborations on models and projects
Working with well-regarded naval architects and design studios was a pivotal factor in forming Turquoise Yachts' reputation for innovative designs, which has contributed greatly to the yard's success.
Turquoise Yachts has collaborated extensively with H2 Yacht Design, an award-winning studio known for its expertise in yacht exterior and interior design. The partnership between Turquoise Yachts and H2 Yacht Design has resulted in the creation of several iconic yachts, including Go, Quantum of Solace and Talisman C.
Turquoise Yachts has also worked closely with Andrea Vallicelli Design, an Italian design studio known for its innovative and impressive yacht designs. The collaboration resulted in the creation of 75m Infinite Jest and 74m Roe.
Turquoise Yachts is currently in the process of constructing new yacht projects, including motor yachts 87m Vento, 79m Toro and 76m Arrow as well as the 51m sailing yacht Rainbow II.
Turquoise Yachts is a member of SYBAss (Superyacht Builders Association).
